Meet your Host
Collus "CB" Brown
As a father to two young sons, Josiah (4) and Isaiah (3), and a devoted husband of five years to my wife Bree, I have always embraced a life centered on family, community and the ability to serve. From my extensive background in civil rights, coaching youth basketball, and the moving industry, to the roles I cherish most—as a father and husband—service has always been my core value.
Two and a half years ago, my journey brought me to Caye Caulker, Belize, a place that has become more than just home; it’s been a space for healing, spiritual elevation and has offered me the unique ability to reset.
Here, I have come to realize the transformative power of stepping away from the pressures of life to go inward to reflect and make time to rejuvenate my mind, body and spirit. Given how powerful this opportunity has become for not only me but for my family as well, it has become clear that this kind of reset is something I want to offer others, particularly Black men who carry the weight of fatherhood, partnership, and their respective careers.
The Reset Retreat is my way of extending this opportunity to my brothers. I believe that taking time to breathe, reflect, and recharge is essential for mental clarity, productivity, and our ability to continue serving others. This retreat is more than just an escape—it’s a chance to gather as men, reconnect with ourselves, and return stronger to our respective communities, ready to wear our many hats with a renewed sense of intentionality, purpose and power.

I invite you to embark on this incredible journey with me for our inaugural retreat in Caye Caulker!
